Cancellation and Refund

Domestic (Pan India)

• If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at +912261273376. Studio timing: 11am - 6pm (Monday- Friday).
• After 24 hours of placing the order, no cancellation will be allowed.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective (torn, stained).
• If you receive a defective item, please contact us at shop@alittlebigentertainment.com with details of the product and the defect.
• We will not accept any cancellation or refund request after 7 days of delivery.
• ​Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, if you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.
• If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price only if we run out of stock.
• Refunded amount will reflect in your bank within 8-10 working days.

 

International (Abroad India)

• We will not accept any cancellation or refund request after 7 days of delivery.
• Customer will have to bear the cost of sending the product back to our studio in Mumbai, India.
• ​Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, if you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. 
• If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price only if we run out of stock.
• Refunded amount will reflect in your bank within 15-30 working days.
